It's what, about four hours to November? Maybe I'll have decided if I'm doing NaNo or not by then.

Same here! The last few years I decided weeks/months before, but now it's 3 hours to go ... and I'm not sure. :/

I'll still be undecided tomorrow, most likely. I did get over 700 words done today, and as that was something that will be seen by other people I was being more thoughtful over it, so maybe I can do it. I don't know. Arg!
