Very nice! I especially like the red specks that may/may not be shading (lol I know nothing about art) and the green around her eyes.

LOL, trying for scales shading, even though whenever I try a shading without a real life reference it always looks like the light is moving. Bah, I'll just say there are multiple light sources there ;).
