Summary: With the level of new and expendable recruits running low, Harry Pearce is forced to face the decision of lowering his hiring standards. Crossover crackiness ensues.

Regarding your latest request for new recruits, this has to be the third time this month! Section D has a higher staff turnover than every other Section combined. And that's not even getting into what your turnover rate has done to our Equal Opportunity tables.
Our recruitment rates cannot keep up with this.

You should have thought about the "security of the nation" before you went tearing through agents as if they grew on trees! I'm sorry, but we simply cannot afford to continue sending new agents to you only to receive constant requests for replacements. Are you aware of the expense of just interviewing potential candidates, let alone the vetting and training involved?

Certainly you can send one of your staff to discus the issue further, but that will not make new agents magically appear out of thin air!
