There is a distinct lack of Centurions. Sometimes she can hear them walking, the occasional glimpse of silver turning around corners, but apart from her escort the only time she finds herself facing any up close is when they come across two in the corridor almost as if they were caught having a sly gossip. They watch as she walks past, and it’s all she can do to resist increasing her pace until they are out of sight.
The CIC or the Hybrid room continues to be as elusive as if they could move around to hide from her.
Damn it brain, why won't you let me finish! But I did stare at it until I finally managed to peck out a sentence. That's progress, right?
