Just one thing to say just now.
DAMN YOU RON MOORE, YOU MADE ME CRY IN AN INTERNET CAFE.
Ha ha, this one is still applicable, though now I'm pissed at him for the piss awful plotting. Laura dying was actually one of the few things that don't anger me plot wise, it just makes me sad inside.

With Battlestar ended (FOR EVAH *sob*) and Law and Order finishing next Monday (because ITV suck and can't show the full series, nooooo), telly's going to be a bit bleak. Looks like it'll be 24 news and the Crime channel for a while.
TV was a bit pants this year, with no Doctor Who series it's mainly been one off things that have been catching my interest. Oh and Merlin, I liked that but not quite enough to be really fannish over.

More signs you've been on the internet too long...When coming across Bambi/Ronno slash your first thought is "oh, of course there is."
I don't know why I was surprised, I'd seen Care Bears slash porn.

Reading this, I'm kind of sad we were denied the utter crack of Ron Moore running a Dragon Riders of Pern tv show. And I am curious as to what horrors Ron Moore's writing issues meeting Anne McCaffrey's writing issues would have created.
I still maintain this would have been epic crack.

My ridiculously cheap Ashes to Ashes DVDs arrived, hooray! Another thing to rewatch, and having just watched episode 1 so far I can see there are lots of things I missed first go around. Like hidden scary clown *shudders*.
Oh, and there was Ashes to Ashes this year, almost forgot that.

While the first still image for this looked pretty terrifying, I quite like the trailer for Fantastic Mr Fox.
Seeing this at the cinema, it was in fact awesome!

Ooooh! Beatles week on the Beeb. Next week though, bah.

The [info]bsg_kink Drabble Challenge votes have been announced and omg I won something! "A Funny Idea" came in 2nd place for femmeslash!
Yes, this year I wrote porn. Sniff, I'm all grown up.

And so it begins. A "Previously on..." makes great word count padding.
And wrote 50,000 words of crap in November!

You know you're on the run up to Christmas......when Fanny Cradock's terrifying face and her poor minions scuttling about in the background appear on the food channel.
Seriously, that should be shown at Halloween rather than Christmas. Teh horror!
