For
ar_drabbles "afterwards" challenge, a sequel to Drawing the Lines. The further adventures of Laurie Roslin and Billy Adama, age 10.

"You can't have your ball back!" Arms folded she glares down at him from the top of the stairs. Billy glowers back, irritated at her superior position, but the main door steps are girl territory
"Why not?"
"Because he-" her finger points accusingly at his best friend lurking five steps behind him, "pushed Ellen over last recess."
"She pushed me first!"
"That is a lie Saul Tigh!" Hands on hips and all indignant fury, Ellen easily shoves Laurie aside, the pair only allied in the face of a mutual foe.
"You're the liar. Big fat liar!"
"I am not fat!"
