Or maybe they think the reason Caprica's not doing too great is not enough explosions so they've got an eye out for something with more pew pew to replace it. I wouldn't put it past Skiffy executives. Even though this is not like the Star Trek universe with a huge playground of different cultures not currently exploded to explore. Hell,I still want a crazy post finale retcon fest that actually has them influence civilization like they say is what happened even though the timeline where they actually were utterly fucks that idea up. Ignore me, still can't let it go.
