"That is something no one could ever accuse you of."

"Hmm, I suppose diplomatic steps must be taken."

"I'm willing to listen to your terms."

"I do have a... firm grip on military assets."

Well written innuendo is a wonderful thing and you have done a great job here. The pacing of this is excellent and even with dialogue only there is richness to the scene because I can 'hear' the nuances of their tones as the conversation progresses.

Thank you. I always end up feeling I should have left a few more words in than are strictly necessary, but with drabbels having to strip everything down to the bare necessities to get the word count, it is good to know it still manages to come across :).
